Wednesday, November 11th was the 51st Annual CMA Awards at the Sommet Center and Music City Ambassador David Andersen was chosen to perform for the VIP party that preceeded the broadcast at the downtown arena.

The Mayor of Nashville, Karl Dean and officers of the NCVB, the CMA and the GAC TV network were there as Ambassador Andersen played the CMA nominated songs to kick-off the festivities.  Andersen serenaded this celebrated group with songs such as Carrie Underwood’s “I Told You So”, Taylor Swift’s “Love Story” and “Sweet Thing” for Keith Urban.

It was a star-packed evening as Ambassador Andersen was given VIP seat at the Awards show and was invited and attended the VIP party afterward at the Convention Center.  Stars and officials had a blast at the big soiree, complete with food, drinks and music long into the night.
